I don't know much about Kwanzaa, other than it starts on December 26th. I am white for the record. How long does it last? Who can celebrate it? Where are the places in Texas that celebrate it the most? Thanks in advance!

I worked 97.9 the Beat's Kwanzaa Fest at Fair Park on Sunday afternoon. Interesting stuff, and a handful of white people were there celebrating.

Yes you can celebrate Kwanzaa. For the most part it's a private celebration and you can do it from your home.

Many white women celebrate Kwanzaa by going to the mall or Hobby Lobby and purchasing christmas decorations for 75% off.

Can a white person celebrate Kwanzaa?

I think that depends on the size of your gift.

Ho ho ho! Why celebrate a lesser holiday? Is it like Hanukkah where you're just in it for the extra gifts? PA.

I was told that the men and women go commando under those dress-like things. I was also told they keep their under-ware under those hat things.:)

Are there any traditional Kwanzaa Season songs?

What like to add a few CD's to the changer so we can get the entire Seasonal flavor?

Is it true that all the gifts you receive at Kwanzaa come from the "south pole"?
