If hungry and you don't want to give it to you dog:

two pieces of bread (preferably wheat or sourdough)

add spicy mustard, mayo, lettuce and pickles

place turkey on bread,

close

and devour

Option 1. Chop up turkey. Grate Cheese. Chop Onions. Chop Cilantro. Add some of this to a flour tortilla. Place in Cast iron skillet and put another tortilla on top. Heat until cheese is melted and tortilla is toasted. Turn and toast the other tortilla. Cut into wedges. Quesadilla = Much better than turkey sandwich.

Option 2. Chop up turkey. Mix with BBQ sauce. Add to bread. Eat.
