Since I'll be at the Ferrell Center tonight for the Bears-Sooners men's basketball game, I will go ahead and post the Lady Bears-Cowgirls game thread now. The Lady Bears lead this series all-time 19-9. Gallager-Iba Arena in Stillwater is a tough place to win for opposing teams, but not so much in women's basketball. Baylor should improve to 5-0 in Big XII road games this season, if they play their trademark team defense. GO LADY BEARS! :)

Every road win in the Big 12 is a big win. Lady Bears making progress with more players contributing and Rachel on the rebound in more ways than one.

Aggy don't appear to be able to play on the road. they've losses at OU, ISU, TT, and Fresno St. their only quality road win is at Texas (and to a lesser extent at Pitt).

for whatever reason, we do better on the road. we'll have our work cut out for us next Saturday, but we do get that wednesday off before the OU game

This year is her best year by far. Her long reach and in ur face defense will be greatly missed next year. She has really improved this year in shooting off the dribble and from three. Holding Riley to ZERO attempts from the FT line is an amazing feat. Keep it up JMo!!!!!

If you remember, the NCAA has suspended her from the first game of any NCAA her team played in. So she wasn't going to round one even if they did make it. In some ways it would have been sweet for them to have made the dance and left her off the dance floor. But I will take Riley getting beat anyway and anytime I can.

During last year's NCAA tourney she thought she got away with another cheap shot on a kid away from the ball and out of the official's view. The cameras captured it and her behavior was beamed to the world via ESPN and the shot was run several times on Sportscenter. When her coach and school did nothing, the NCAA finally stepped in. Whenever and if ever they make the tourney with Riley on their team, she will not play in the first round game.
