Baylor certainly deserves a #1 national seed, and ESPN tennis analysts are correct in picking the Bears to repat as NCAA champions. Baylor won't break much of a sweat disposing Prairie View A&M, then either Texas or Rice will be the next victum in the 2nd Round.
