Doubles is tied 1 set a piece and the #1 Doubles of Dorsch/Zgaga is tied up a 7-7. Texas came to play and avoid the season sweep.

Texas just took the doubles point with a tiebreaker. Hope singles are ready to play and lets hope it will be a replay of the girls match against BYU

Dorsch & Becker are money. We need to take 2 of the other 4, which we should.

our guys are dedicated to a mission;

I am not saying we will always win. but our guys are so focused that we will not be slipped on by playing poorly - only a very good team playing their very best can beat us. Our guys will not quit.

Baylor's 2 sensational seniors, Benedikt Dorsch and Benjamin Becker wrap up another Baylor win in men's tennis, 4-1. Baylor simply owns Texas in this sport. The #1 ranked Baylor Bears advance to the 3rd Round of the 2005 NCAA Men's Tennis Tournament at College Station next weekend. They are now 30-0 in 2005 with 54 consecutive team victories, and 59 straight home wins at the Baylor Tennis Center. BAYLOR MEN'S TENNIS: SIMPLY UNBEATABLE!

You got that right "scott!"

I sure am going to hate to see Dorsch and Becker leave after this year.

#1 Baylor gets to play....that's right the #16 Aggies - in College Station.

We have been on a roll this week against A&M - softball, baseball, let's whip them in something else!!

how come the #1 Bears have to play at the #16 aggy? when/how is the court site chosen?

See bracket here-

The 1st and 2nd rounds were hosted by 16 different teams (16 hosts X 4 teams each = 64 total teams).

The ENTIRE rest of the tournament from the sweet 16 to the finals is being played at College Station. (And the women's sweet 16 is being played at UGA).

So we can hold up our 2nd national tennis trophy IN College Station. They haven't seen one of those since 1939!!!

GB, I do looooove the sound of that.

Will they recognize what a NC trophy looks like when they see it? Perhaps we should hold up a gilded sheep or something, so they'd have a better frame of reference.

We will be fine no matter who we play.

We beat #9 Texas Tech 7-0 on their home court before a hostile crowd of over 1,200.

We beat #3 Illinois before an orange-clad fanbase in Chicago.

A&M is good, but it would take a really poor performance for the Bears not to make it past Aggy.

We beat the ags HANDILY when we played them at BU.

Obviously the aggie crowd has little influence---the two baseball games in collie station weren't even as close as the game at BU!

ags, prepare to be dominated once again.

Thing is, this time I guarantee that Dorsch is not going to lose to that pansy-ass "Jerry" clown, and we're going to sweep you 7-0.
