Question about doubles draw??

Why are Dorsch and Zgaga, who are seeded #3 in the tourney on the same side as the #1 Isner/Ruiz from Georgia...every bracket I've ever seen has the 1 and 4 on the same side and the 2 and 3 on the other side...anyone know what the deal is?

Tennis seedings and brackets are and have always been completely out of whack. It's been a problem for years. Not just college tennis either. Go check out the French Open draw. You'll notice the #1 seed doesn't draw the #16, the #2 not the #15, etc.

Who knows.
