Our women ran the 2nd fastest time in the 4x100 prelims with a 44.02. UT had the fastest with 43.71.

Wil Fitts ran a 1:48.46 to advance to the finals in 7th place. Jonathan Johnson (TT) had the fastest time of 1:48.14.

Janelle Mulkey ran a 14.03 for 15th place in the 100 hurdles.
Jereome Miller qualified for the finals (7th fastest) in the 110 hurdles with a 14.00.
Darold ran a 45.62, the fastest qualifying time in the 400. Teammate Kevin Mutai also made the finals (5th) with a 46.8. Mark Teter did not move on with his 47.28.
Angel Perkins (54.36 , 13th) and Rena Napoleon (54.91, 18th) did not qualify for the 400 finals.
Liz Wilson and Carla Grace made the 100 finals with 11.72 (7th) and 11.78 (8th) respectively.
Danielle Myricks finished 13th in the 400 hurdles (60.26).

Jerome Miller ran a 51.26 (7th) to qualify for the 400 hurdles finals. Brian McDonald finished in 21st with 53.47.

Baylor ladies dominate the field in the 200 qualifying in the 2nd, 3rd, and 6th positions (LaKadron Ivery, Carla Grace and Liz Wilson).

Brittany Brockman barely missed out on points with a 9th place finish in the 5000.

Our ladies just scored 14 points in the long jump!!! April Holliness got 2nd with a great leap of 21'0.5" and 3rd place went to LaKadron Ivery with 20'8". The 14 points puts us in 4th place for now.

Chris Gillis just scored the first 5 points for our men with a 4th place (24'7.75") in the long jump. Way to go, Chris!

I know Jerome Miller can run faster. I know Darold can too.

that's a great effort from Wil fitts in the 800. the Tech kid is exceptional.

And our ladies are just downright awesome. Way to go girls!
