Things to Cook at A Morning Tailgate
I am looking for ideas of things to cook at a morning tailgate. Normally I like to have finger type foods that are easy to cook and eat at a tailgate, and thus, I usually have chicken wings or sausage or what have you. I can't think of anything for a morning tailgate. Does anyone have any ideas before our game on Oct. 4th?

Brisket tacos (brisket slow cooked in salsa overnight, lay down a piece of pepperjack cheese on a corn tortilla, fold and enjoy).
Or Cinnamon Tortilla Rolls: HEB fresh tortilla, coated with melted butter, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, and serve with an icing dip.

mmmm...cabrito.
We're keeping it easy: jalepeno sausage wraps, beer, bloody mary's, screwdrivers. EZ cleanup!

Andouille Sausage wrapped in a big tortilla. Does an excellent job inducing the thirst for silver bullets.

the michelada/bloody beer is a breakfast tailgate staple for washing down those breakfast burritos
breakfast jambalaya is also something to think about if you have access to a pot and burner.

Yeah, breakfast tacos work well. I recommend a big Dutch Oven. I loved morning tailgates. I may be a lightweight, but I had trouble getting loaded before a morning game. My dad always said, "you can't drink all day if you don't start in the morning." But alcohol just never sounded good to me in the morning, so I just had a bunch of juice.
