Take a look at the Top 25 . . .
. . . and tell me, seriously, how many of you really think TCU is better than any of the following teams:
Oregon
Texas
Oklahoma
Nebraska
Iowa
Florida
Wisconsin
Arkansas
South Carolina
LSU
Auburn
Miami
USC
Michigan
Penn State
It is such a joke. We all know we can beat TCU if we show up with our A-game and avoid injuries, penalties, and other mistakes. How many of us could say the same if we played any of the above other opponents?
I can't wait for Saturday. I just hope Briles has his team ready to play. If they're ready, this game will be a toss-up.

The only thing I saw when looking at the AP Top 25 poll today is "Baylor 1".

Three points:
1. Your post makes no sense. It doesn't matter if TCU can or can't beat them, they are ranked what they are ranked.
2. Never tear an oppenent down. If we do beat TCU, then the higher they are ranked, the better the win looks. Duh!
3. Worry about Baylor. If you are so concerned with TCU, then buy a purple shirt and become more obnoxious.

that is how I see it. I also find it silly to say how bad tcu is right before we play them. If we beat them, what does that say about us? You guys cannot come over hear and say how good we are if you constantly put tcu down as being a bad team that should not be ranked.

Yes, TCU is better than a lot of those teams. Especially teams like Iowa, Wisconsin, USC.

Oregon - would roll TCU, and Baylor for that matter
Texas - probably a pretty even game, though I think UT wins
Oklahoma - would roll TCU
Nebraska - NU wins a close, low scoring game
Iowa - see NU
Florida - see UT
Wisconsin - no idea
Arkansas - TCU probably wins a fairly close game
South Carolina - TCU wins
LSU - TCU wins
Auburn - close game, could go either way
Miami - I think it could go either way, but I think the winner would win handily
USC - TCU by 10+
Michigan - close game
Penn State - TCU wins easily
TCU is overrated. They would win 8-9 in the Big 12 or SEC this year and wouldn't sniff a BCS bowl. For all their *****ing about belonging in the Big 12, it would destroy their national prominence.

I don't think TU is that good. I saw them against Rice. They sucked. If Rice had any real offense at all or corners that weren't slower than Lady Gaga in a math contest, Rice could have won that game.

I sincerely believe TCU is a top ten program. On a neutral field, I think TCU has a 50-50 shot at beating anyone in the county except BAMA, tOSU, and Oregon.
After Week 2, I am ready to proclaim Oregon as the 3rd best team behind Bama and the Buckeyes.
That said, I do think we have it in us to pull off this upset.Last edited by goldeneye; 09-13-10 at 04:09 PM.

Michigan is much better because of their QB alone. ND has nothing but blue chippers on D, threw a 99 yard TD w/ a Min and a half left to defend and still lost solely to Michigan's QB. As much of an Irish fan that I am, I must conceed that, so far, Denard Robinson is this years Heisman winner.
They would beat the pants off TCU. I hope TCU lets all the attention go to thier head. They are in for a rude awakening Saturday.
