Texas Cheesesteak from Beatnix, extra mayo. Ohhhhh, the goodness.
I've missed that. Also, we ain't got no place to go, let's go to the punk rock show, come and take me by the hand, we're gonna see a punk rock band... </mxpx>
Bonus: when you're watching someone else's dog for the weekend, coming home smelling like cheesesteak is an AWESOME way to trick the puppy into eating her pills. Yessss. I win at petsitting.
I wholefartedly approve. Eeeeexcellent.Last edited by ninjacoco; 04-14-12 at 01:57 AM.

I like this Mr. Orange. I like him a lot. Best dang taco I've had at Torchy's in a long time.

Salad. Put some Dave's Ghost Chili sauce in with the dressing. This is the good kind of pain. Yum.

Wanted to do something a little different last night.
Went with a butterflied thick center loin pork chop stuffed with pear and mozzarella.
Tenderized the chop until about 3/8" thick, diced 1 Bosch pear, and shredded fresh mozzarella.
Stuffed the chop with the pear and mozzarella and then sealed "the lips" with toothpicks.
Seared over a mesquite fire and served with yellow squash, diced fresh tomatoes and bacon along with fried potatoes with onion.
Grilled 2 bosch pears cut in half for dessert.
Turned out pretty damned good.

2-shots of Republic of Texas Tequila, 6-Lone Star Lights, 15 Marlboro 100's, and a piece of Summer Sausage. I did take two Tylenol before bed. Slept like a baby.

Refrigerator soup.
Couple of days ago wife made a big pot of fresh green beans and new potatos from the farmers market with bacon thrown in. Also bought a brisket from the Hewitt VFW. So today, threw the leftover beans/potatos/bacon in a pot, cut up some brisket and threw it in, added some pasta shells, some niblet corn, some spices, some water, simmer for awhile.......served with cast iron skillet cornbread.
Goooooooooooood stuff.
