Your TV announcers for the 2014 Fiesta Bowl are...

    Fiesta Bowl: #15 UCF (11-1) vs #6 Baylor (11-1)
8:30 PM ET, ESPN - Sean McDonough, Chris Spielman, and Shannon Spake

Didn't McD and Spielman call the Alamo Bowl?

And of course I googled the H-S-R, she is a primarily a NASCAR chick.

Assuming you're referring to the '11 Alamo Bowl, if memory serves, they did. I at least remember Spielman repeatedly lamenting the woeful defense in that game. Hopefully at least our "D" will give him something to compliment this time around.

Actually 2011 Alamo Bowl was Dave Pasch (pxp) and Spielman.

2012 Holiday Bowl was Dave Pasch and Brian Griese.

Then she might be able to keep up with our offense.

I despise Chris Spielman and his Big 10 (this is how we did it) commentary.

We got absolutely ripped off going to this bowl.
Lol. Which (Season) prediction do you think is going to be more correct at the end of the season?

Never heard an announcer more digusted than him at the alamo bowl. He wanted to blow his brains out

Chris Spielman is one of the very best in college fb as far as analysts go. Last year he did the BU/UT game in Austin. He said both teams had terrible defenses. Man was only telling the truth. If BU's defense plays like it did most of the year he will have a lot of nice things to say about your defense. And he will explain to the people watching the game what makes your defense so good. Along with Blackledge, and Herbstreit, yes Herbstreit, they are the top 3 in college fb analysts.

One more thing. C'mon man 67-56 is not the sign of a good defense. And it stands to reason that a former AA Lombardi Award winner, and NFL all pro would not be pleased. He told the truth about OSU's d against OK in the second half as well.

I just feel bad for the announcers given one particular BU CB v UCF WR matchup: KJ Morton vs JJ Worton. Oh good golly gosh. If they're not matched up the whole game, it's just not being done right.

I may be the only one, but I find McDonough hard to listen to. He's monotone. He makes exciting games sound like the antiques road show.

You are not the only one. Everytime I have heard him this year, I was thankful he didn't call our games...until now. MONOTONE is being nice about it.

This isn't a problem if you're going to the game!

I'm just glad we don't have Musberger!

Even though it would mean that we were in THE game.

    How I miss Keith Jackson!
