Finally moving into house here so need some recos for pest control and a trusted cleaning crew. I am actually in rental house for hopefully 4 months before my actual house is finished(yes someone actually gave me a month by month lease). Both are in Woodway area

I do believe that post topics have hit an all-time low with drivel like this.

I bought the house from the guy who started 855 bugs. They suck after they got bought out by terminix - per the guy who stated the company … take it for what it is worth but that's coming from the guy who sold out to a large company.

Ladybug pest control is locally owned by a father/son duo and they care about what they are doing. My wife has a cleaning lady that is great but I'll get her info tomorrow to you. She comes twice a month for us and cleans our 3k sf house for 4 hours for 200 bucks

English maids are a huge rip off

IPest has been good. Typically when a local company gets bought out by a national one or private equity, it's time to find a new service.

Yessir! This is the reason 855 bugs is no good. Even their initial founder says he wouldn't use them going forward and gave me three recs after I bought his house

Run to empire seed and buy some demon powder to dissolve in a sprayer. The farmers around Falls county turned me on to this. Last six months. Remember to spray around the outside perimeter of your house.
