Disagree. Charge them with what they were charged. Dems need to stop calling it an insurrection or a coup. It was not in the manner they are using the word. By the definition, it was. But they are using it as an overthrow, which I do not believe it was. It was a riot, instigated by the sitting President, that interrupted a required Government action.

I agree with you. However, it is the LWNJ that regularly deploy the double standards. If a black criminal ignores officers' orders or attacks them and the cops are White, they go to jail. If a White criminal ignores officers' orders or attacks them and the cops are black, they get protected.

I think those proven to engage in violent acts should be prosecuted based upon the seriousness of the offense & the evidence with a fair trial. I see a huge difference between one incident on one day with minimal violence instigated by the FBI & CIA and dozens of riots in multiple cities for months with hundreds of serious crimes including violence, looting, burglaries, tapes, arson, & murder. Also some of those buildings that were attacked were federal buildings. That is a federal crime.
