Biggest cause/effect of this that we care about is that our elite recruiting class (I would assume) stays intact for 2024.

I was ready for Mack to leave. If I were ready to bury Mack (regardless of his actual influence in the decision), then it follows I must credit him for anything he did to keep Drew in town. This is now the 2nd impressive thing Mack has done after the unfortunate decision to retain Aranda-the first being his willingness to got to bat for us with the ejection against Iowa State. So yes, credit to Mack.

According to the CBS Sports article, more NIL $$ was privately rallied. My question is, since supposedly KY was in the $10Mil range for him, did his BU $5Mil contract increase?
